We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. However, we usually dispatch for the following working day. Except made to special order.
Complete Retail Solutions keep most items in stock; however it is possible that some items may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. In this situation, we will always inform our customers.
Goods are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sunday or bank holidays.
Deliveries are made between 09:00 & 17:30 hrs.
You must advise us if there are restrictions on delivery times.
For large or heavy items such as, counters, card units, slatted panels, and large shelving additional carriage charges may be applicable. In this case we will contact you before despatch goods.
We will make every effort to find the most cost-effective method to despatch your order.
When delivering goods assistance will be required with unloading and this will be to ground floor premises only.
Please inspect the goods while the driver waits. If goods are damaged or short, sign for as "damaged & shortage" and contact us. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 3 days in writing.
Please provide us contact number and note any delivery restrictions when placing order.
Complete Retail Solutions ltd (viewcrs.com) cannot be held responsible for late delivery by the carriers.
Our carriage charge by road carrier service is 10% of the order value. A minimum carriage charge of £10.00 will apply on all small orders
Example, up to £100.00 of goods = £10.00 carriage. £190.00 of goods = £19.00 carriage. £250 of goods = £25 carriage. Carriage is subject to V.A.T
Please note that these rates apply to mainland UK only and prices for other parts of the UK may vary. We will contact you in this case if extra charges may apply.
