We deal Web site orders same way as we deal customers in our showroom. One of our expert members of staff will pick and pack your order ready for dispatch.
Prices & Delivery Charges
Prices for goods and deliveries on this website are subject to change at anytime. We try to offer competitive prices for both but from time to time manufacturers and courier companies need to increase their prices and I'm afraid we must follow suit.
Products
All goods shall remain the property of complete retail solutions ltd (viewcrs.com).All sizes, measurements and specifications are approximate and may be subject to change at anytime. Any product with a description such as chrome, silver, gold, wood effect, granite, leather are references to its colour and not what its made from. All images, photos and illustrations are the property of complete retail solutions and may not be used without our permission. We try to keep as much stock in as possible. However it is possible that some items are out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If this is the case you will be notified by telephone as soon as possible.
Prices & Payments
We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible in an ever changing market. However from time to time we may need to increase our prices on certain products or in some cases lower them. All prices shown on this website exclude VAT. You will be charged VAT on all orders at the present rate of 15%. All online payments by credit card debit card are made through a secure server. Security is a prime concern and all information entered into our site is encrypted so that it cannot be read or interfered with by anyone else.
If you do not have a credit card available then we will accept payment by cheque. This will however delay your products as we only dispatch orders once cheques have cleared at our bank.
Deliveries
All orders are wrapped and packed by a member of our staff unless we are requesting any items direct from our manufacturing factories. All orders are sent on registered courier companies who will require a signature on delivery. We do not accept payment on delivery. We dispatch all our orders on a 3 day delivery service. (This however will change should we not have the required product in stock. If this is the case then you will be notified as soon as possible). We will not be held responsible for delays of orders once they have left our premises. Courier companies are sometimes delayed due to accidents, road-works, weather and illness. We will however chase the order to find out its whereabouts. We will not dispatch replacement goods until the original order has been located.
Our carriage charge by road carrier service is 10% of the order value. A minimum carriage charge of £10.00 will apply on all small orders Example, up to £100.00 of goods = £10.00 carriage. £190.00 of goods = £19.00 carriage. £250 of goods = £25 carriage. Carriage is subject to V.A.T
Please note that these rates apply to mainland UK only and prices for other parts of the UK may vary. We will contact you in this case if extra charges may apply.
